1. How do I place an order for a custom cake?

You can place an order by filling out our online order form, calling us, visiting our store, or sending us an email.

2. How much do custom cakes cost?

The price of a custom cake varies based on factors such as size, design complexity, and specialty ingredients. Our custom cakes start at $135 and can go up to $550 or more, depending on your design. Reach out to us with your ideas, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

3. How far in advance should I order my cake?

We recommend ordering at least 6 days in advance to perfect your idea. For wedding cakes or highly detailed designs booking in as soon as you can is ideal, as we may need to order in special products.

4. Can you create a cake based on an image I provide?

Yes! Share your inspiration photos, and we’ll do our very best to replicate or customise them to fit your needs.

5. Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-free cakes?

We offer gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options. However, as our kitchen processes common allergens, we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please be sure to let us know any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Absolutely! We offer a variety of flavours, fillings, and frostings. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll create the perfect combination for you.

7. Do you deliver custom cakes?

Yes! We deliver custom cakes around Geraldton and surrounding areas for an additional fee. Pickup is also available at our store.

8. How should I store my cake before serving?

Keep your cake refrigerated and bring it to room temperature about 10 minutes before serving for the best taste and texture. If adding an edible image, place it on the cake 10 minutes before serving to preserve its quality.

9. Do you offer cake tasting for weddings?

Yes! We provide cake-tasting sessions for wedding cakes. Email us to schedule an appointment.

10. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Minor changes can be made up to 3 days before pickup or delivery. For major design adjustments, please contact us as early as possible to ensure we have everything needed for your order.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full or partial refund. Refunds may not be possible for last-minute cancellations due to preparation costs.

12. Do you offer cake toppers or decorations?

Yes! We can include both edible and non-edible decorations, such as custom toppers, flowers, and more. If you have a specific decoration in mind, feel free to bring it in, or if you order early enough, we may be able to source it for you.

13. Do you offer tiered or 3D cakes?

Yes, we specialise in tiered and sculpted 3D cakes. Let us know your design ideas, and we’ll bring them to life!

14. Can I order cupcakes or cake pops with my custom cake?

Yes, absolutely! We offer matching cupcakes, cake pops, and other treats to perfectly complement your cake.

16. What is your payment policy?

Custom orders need to be paid for at least 2 days before pickup date. If payment is late or not completed by then, the cake might be delayed or late. Edible images also need to be paid for 2 days before pickup due to printing.
